This will be Coach Evans first year with the Spartans. He will be coaching the safeties with the Varsity team and teaching weightlifting at the high school level.
Coach Evans will be coming over from Pryor where he was the Defensive Coordinator. During his time as Defensive Coordinator and secondary coach Pryor was two-time District 5A Runner Up and 5A State Quarterfinalist.
Coach Evans has a Bachelors degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah.
Coach Evans has been married for 16 years to his wife Charbrice. Charbrice is also a Bixby Spartan
teaching STEAM at the Middle School. They have 4 amazing children, a 15 year old daughter Kayci, a 12 year old daughter Kourtney, a 9 year old son Kaden, and a 6 year old son Cooper.
