2023 will be Coach Haggerty’s first year as a Bixby Spartan. He serves as the 9th Grade defensive backs coach. Coach Haggerty also teaches Biology at Bixby’s 9th Grade Center.
Coach Haggerty graduated from Moore High School, where he played football, wrestled, and ran track. After graduation, Coach Haggerty played football at Southern Nazarene University. After two years at Southern Nazarene, he transferred to the University of OK. He spent three years on the sidelines at OU as a Sooner cheerleader. He finished his degree and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies Education in May 2023.
In addition to football, Coach Haggerty also coaches cheerleading at both Bixby High School and the University of Oklahoma.
