Varsity Defensive Backs Coach
Coach Scarborough will be entering his 1st season as a Bixby Spartan football coach. He will be coaching the varsity defensive backs. He will also be teaching special education at the Bixby 9th Grade Center.
Prior to coming to Bixby, Coach Shad, as he is referred to, spent the last four seasons at Sapulpa High School. While at Sapulpa, he coached the defensive backs and was the junior high school head football and baseball coach.
Coach Shad graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from East Central University. While earning his degree, he played wide receiver, defensive back, and return specialist.
Coach Shad has been married to Crystal for the last two years, but they have been together for over eight years. Crystal coaches basketball at Broken Arrow. The couple has four children: Brooklynn, twin boys Cimone and Elijah, and Siennah.
