Coach Wallen enters his first season with the Bixby Spartan football program as the Freshman
Offensive Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach. He will be teaching 7th grade Geography at Bixby Middle School.
Prior to Bixby, Coach Wallen served as the Offensive Coordinator at Haskell High School, helping lead the Haymakers to their best season in the last decade and only their second playoff appearance during that span. Before Haskell, he spent three seasons at Claremore High School as the Passing Game Coordinator and WR coach, where the Zebras set multiple school offensive records and reached the state semifinals for the first time in 40 years.
Coach Wallen graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Media and later earned his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
Coach Wallen and his wife, Shelby, enjoy spending time with their two German Shepherds, Riley and Hallie.
