Andrew O’Neill

Coach O’Neill will be entering his 2nd year as an 8th Grade Assistant Coach and his 1st year as a Varsity Defensive Line Coach for the Bixby Spartans.

Prior to coming to Bixby, Coach O’Neill spent 12 seasons as an assistant football coach in Rogers, AR. During O’Neill’s time in Rogers, he served as a 7th and 8th grade assistant coach and the 9th grade defensive coordinator. He also spent 10 seasons on the varsity level coaching the inside linebackers and cornerbacks. Coach O’Neill spent 1 season as the 9th Grade Head Football Coach at Norman High School before going to Rogers. Prior to coaching at Norman, O’Neill spent 1 season as a Defensive Graduate Assistant at East Central University.

Coach O’Neill attended college and played football at East Central University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Master’s degree in Sports Administration. Coach O’Neill went to Mesquite High School in Texas and was a member of the 2001 5A Division 1 State Champion football team.

Coach O’Neill is married to Jessica and has 5 children: daughter, Masden (15) and sons Benton (13), Jase (12), Davis (10), and Townes (7).
